Rainbow Brite is dope because it’s about just being happy and working towards a better tomorrow. You have to work hard to spread happiness. This is also very scary and weird. I feel as though it’s a little too “gay” at times but at the same time I really like it! Plus I’m really “gay”. It has inspired me again and again. :p
Remember Alien Nation? One of the goofiest/best television series about Aliens who live on earth amongst humans. The show ran like an after school special touching on controversial social issues such as; racism, sexism, immigration and many other civil rights issues we face. It ran from 1989-1990 up until Fox ran out of money to fund it. Here are some pics we’ve found from the webernet. Let’s take a moment to remember one of the weirdest moments in Television history.
The heads of these “Tenctonian” beings are really disgusting looking with these weird giant age spot looking brown areas it’s just too hard to look at especially when eating a pepperoni pizza. Lots of drama, crying and yelling and stuff went on I can hardly remember because I was like 7 years old or so. God Bless the 90′s and alien culture for re-surfacing and giving us another way to convey deep feelings about important issues.
