Who we are
TMS is the trading name of Dr. Toyin Magbagbeola, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@totallymag.com.
What we collect
When you use the TMS Intake or Feedback applications, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone, the pillar you’re engaging, and your free-text responses). We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Lawful basis
We process your information on the basis of your consent, given by submitting an intake or feedback form (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Where it’s stored
Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by Dr. Toyin. The sheet is hosted by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by IONOS; the Intake and Feedback applications are hosted by Vercel.
Retention
We retain client data for 24 months from last contact, after which it is archived to a separate sheet. You can request erasure at any time by emailing hello@totallymag.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your data. Requests are honoured within 30 days.
